• Daytrip by private coach into the Blue Mountains with a visit to Featherdale Wildlife park. The Blue Mountains are a series of cliffs surrounding a plateau with rugged eroded gorges of up to 760 metres depth. The name derives from the blueish tinge the range takes on when viewed at a distance, which is caused by the release of volatile oils from eucalyptus forests. This national park is also a World Heritage Site, and is home to the Three Sisters, The Katoomba Scenic Railway, a glass bottom aerial cable car, and the Jenolan Caves.
